This website contains the information about JSC "Vynogradiv Plant of Sanitary Equipment".
The plant history:
JSC "Vynogradiv Plant of Sanitary Equipment" is the successor of the same name state enterprise that was established in 1961 on the basis of Vynogradiv industrial plant according to the decision of the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republics. Since the foundation the enterprise is specializing in the production of plastic sanitary ware such as drain tanks, siphons for wash basins and baths, toilet seats, sewer pipes and fittings, etc.
In 1968 the company finished the construction of a new production and administrative buildings on the 27, Leyzmana st. where the plant is situated till now. The main production building, administrative building, technical material and metal warehouses, garage boxes, boiler, artesian well with pump station, mechanical and carpentry workshops, crusher, plant store and control post are situated on the plant area of 7.5 ha. This territory is allotted to the plant for permanent use. At the moment about a third part of the area is free of buildings. The new industrial areas gradually enlarged enterprise output, expanded product range and increased the number of employed workers. Park of the thermoplastic automatic machines was gradually updated and has reached 120–150 units of thermoplastic automatic machines with the injection volume of 63–2000 cubic centimeters and extruding production lines for pipes of diameter up to 50 mm. Also the production of staples goods and tool manufacture of stamps and moulds were developing. The largest volume of the company production was reached in 70-80 years of the 20-th century, when over 3000 tons of polymers were processed per year and more than 800 people were employed. In the 90s a gradual production and stuff reductions began.
In 1994 the privatization process of the plant has begun by creation on the plant basis the Public Joint Stock Company and selling shares via the certificate auction system. The share selling was finally completed in December 1997 and there was no majority shareholder. After reselling the shares in 2004 the first majority shareholder was formed who was the head of supervisory board of the JSC up to 2008. Today the majority shareholder of the company owns over 90% of shares and completely defines the future directions of our development.
During the reformation the output was considerably decreased: an annual volume of polymer processing was reduced to 300-250 tons and the number of employees – to 68 persons. The plastic and assembly departments are still the main in the structure of the enterprise. Here the production of components and the assembly of sanitary ware are adjusted. The tool department staff was transferred to the electromechanical department for mould production and repairing because of the considerable employee reduction. Products of the enterprise are supplied to consumers by own trucks with the capacity of 35 and 45 cubic meters and loading of 4.5 tons which are also providing the deliveries of polymeric and other materials to the plant. The company has the traditional range of sanitary ware such as drain tanks, siphons of different kinds, toilet seats, etc. The detailed production list with prices is available in the section "Pricelist". The plant mastered the production of aerators and diversion drains for flat and sloping roofs, anchors, buckets and other consumer goods. The production of boxes for dairy products and for fruits was mastered by the leased thermoplastic automatic machines KUASI–5000. This production is planned to be extended. The perspective of the plant remains the retail trade of construction materials and plant production in the plant store. The store area is planning to be significantly increased due to the administration building reconstruction.
